Project Bajkalska Residence Slovakia
Project Bajkalska Residence Slovakia is located in the wider Bratislava city center in a popular city district called Ružinov. The project is expected to consist of 120 residential units and 240 parking spaces.
The project covers an area of 6,534 m², while the functional area shall represent 15,166 m² which of the gross floor area of housing represents 9,550 m² and the gross floor area of civic amenities represents 4,150 m².
