In the e-ISIN application you find bonds, shares, preferred shares and investment certificates with their key data, financial data and full issue documentation – clearly structured, so that you can compare them and quickly see what matters. Through investor surveys, you see new projects even before they are published and can tell the capital recipient, without any obligation, whether you are interested and on what terms.
What makes e-ISIN different is direct contact. You talk directly to the management of the company seeking capital, ask your own questions and get answers first-hand. In live online presentations, capital recipients present their investment opportunities and answer investors’ questions in real time – and thanks to simultaneous translation, every participant can speak their own language.

Profile history
How contact with capital recipients works
Investors with profile history A – a confirmed investment on e-ISIN – see the capital recipient’s direct contact details, documents and ISIN. Profile history B (more than 6 months on the platform without a confirmed investment) and C (a new profile, under 6 months, without a confirmed investment) make the first contact via the e-ISIN contact form; the capital recipient can make its contact details, documents and ISIN available for a specific investment opportunity. Writing to a capital recipient, or their reply, does not change the profile history.
