e-ISIN

Where capital meets investment opportunities

A global platform for capital raising through securities and direct investment opportunities
ABOUT US
We help projects raise capital and investors find opportunities

e-ISIN is a global platform connecting securities issuers with investors and supporting capital raising through the capital markets.

Our offices are located in major financial centres, including New York City, London, Paris, and other European cities.

More than 9,000 institutional investors and 450,000 private investors are currently registered on the e-ISIN platform. Transactions worth approximately €4.5 billion are executed through the platform each year.

HOW THE PLATFORM WORKS
From Project Presentation to Investors

1. Investor Survey

Following an initial assessment of the project, an investor survey is conducted among the relevant target group of investors. The purpose of the survey is to determine whether investors have an interest in financing or investing in the project.

2. Financing Proposal

If investor interest is identified during the investor survey, the capital seeker is presented with a proposal outlining the available financing options and the next steps of the process.

3. Project Preparation and Documentation

Following the execution of a cooperation agreement, work begins on the preparation of due diligence, project documentation, analytical materials, and other legal and financial documentation. Upon completion and approval by the client, the investment opportunity is published on the e-ISIN platform.

4. Investor Outreach

Investors who expressed interest in the project during the investor survey are informed about the publication of the documentation. At the same time, the project is presented to other investors within the relevant target group.

5. Direct Contact with the Capital Seeker

Investors seeking further information may communicate directly with the capital seeker and discuss the investment opportunity.

6. Online Roadshow

Capital seekers may present their investment opportunities through online roadshows.

Looking to raise capital for your business or project?

If your company is seeking financing of €2 million or more, you are in the right place. The e-ISIN platform helps companies raise capital through securities and connects issuers with retail and institutional investors.

Tomes & Partners provides a complete service from the creation of a security to its introduction to the capital markets. Tomes & Partners structures individual issuances, prepares the necessary documentation and coordinates the entire issuance process.

For issuers of securities, Tomes & Partners facilitates cooperation with licensed securities dealers or supports access to stock exchanges within the European Union, which subsequently handle the distribution of securities to investors in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The e-ISIN platform serves as an environment for presenting investment opportunities and communicating with investors. It can also be used as a marketing and communication channel to reach investors, for example through targeted information or promotional campaigns.

For companies from the United States, we are also able to establish a special European entity (not a subsidiary company) that allows them to raise capital in the European capital markets and subsequently transfer it to the United States.

Listing Investment Opportunities on the e-ISIN Platform

The e-ISIN platform provides issuers with a space to publish and present investment opportunities such as bonds, shares or investment funds.

The e-ISIN platform provides presentation and advertising space for investment opportunities. Tomes & Partners does not communicate with investors on behalf of issuers and does not provide investment advice or recommendations.
