The service fee depends on the investor group and on the purpose of the capital. It is paid before publication. Investors use e-ISIN free of charge.

How payment works
- Investor surveyPaid by payment card on the e-ISIN website.
- Investment opportunity, one-time paymentInvoice by e-mail, payment by bank transfer. VAT is shown on the invoice.
- Investment opportunity in instalmentsDeposit and instalments by payment card (see below).
- Reviewe-ISIN reviews the submission within 1 business day after payment.
- InstalmentsThe fee for publishing an investment opportunity can also be paid in instalments – see the instalment calendar below.
- Change of investor groupMoving to a more expensive investor group means paying the difference.
- No commissione-ISIN charges no commission or success fee.

Instalments
Instalment calendar for the publication of an investment opportunity
The fee for publishing an investment opportunity to a target investor group can be paid in instalments: the price-list fee plus a 10% surcharge, as a deposit and five monthly instalments. Each instalment pays for one month of publication.

- Unpaid instalmentThe investment opportunity is paused until the instalment is paid. The six-month publication period is not extended.
“Own company or project”: capital for your own business or a new project. “Reinvesting company”: a company raising capital to invest in a portfolio of companies, securities, real estate or other assets. For investor surveys and investment opportunities, the binding price list is the price list in the e-ISIN application.
