How it works

Scope and investment parameters

e-ISIN connects investors and capital recipients. It does not take part in the execution of investments. Each investor survey and each investment opportunity is presented to one investor group with its own investment limits.

Before publication

Investor survey

The capital recipient presents the project to one investor group and asks whether the investors would be interested and on what terms. Investors answer in the application, without obligation, with an indicative amount, required return and investment horizon. The results help the capital recipient decide on the next steps.

How investor surveys work

Publication

Investment opportunity

An investment opportunity for private investors or securities dealers presents a specific security with its issue documentation and ISIN where assigned; an opportunity for institutional investors does not need a security. It is published to the chosen investor group for up to six months, or until the prospectus expires; investors in the group are notified. The capital recipient receives a monthly report.

Contact

Direct connection

Interested investors contact the capital recipient directly or via the e-ISIN form, depending on their profile history. The further communication takes place directly between them; any investment is agreed outside the platform.

Additional service

Online roadshow

Capital recipients can present their investment opportunity to investors live online and answer their questions in real time. Each participant can speak their own language; the conversation is translated simultaneously.

For capital recipients

Step by step

  1. Create an accountRegister in the e-ISIN application as a capital recipient: company details, contact person and a declaration. Your account is active immediately.
  2. Investor surveyIf you want to know the interest first, present the project to one investor group in an investor survey and see the answers in the application.
  3. Prepare the presentationPrepare the presentation of your investment opportunity in a guided form and choose the investor group. Upload the issue documentation; AI reads it and pre-fills the data for you to confirm. AI features are optional and are used only with your consent; without it you fill everything in manually. e-ISIN reviews the submission within 1 business day after payment.
  4. Direct contact with investorsInterested investors contact you and you continue the conversation directly. In survey results you see the investor type and profile history, never the investor’s identity. When an investor writes to you about an investment opportunity, you receive their message and their e-mail address.

For investors

What e-ISIN is not

e-ISIN is a technology, information and communication platform. It is not a securities dealer, intermediary, investment adviser or placement agent, nor an exchange or trading venue. It does not provide investment services or investment advice, and no transactions are carried out through the platform.

Information about investment opportunities is provided by the capital recipients. It is for general information only and is not investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell financial instruments. e-ISIN does not assess whether an investment is suitable for an investor. Every investment decision is made at the investor’s own responsibility.
