Why e-ISIN

Your project in front of the right investors

  • Direct access to investorsYour project is presented to the investor group that fits its size – investors registered in their category with a minimum investment.
  • Interest known in advanceAn investor survey shows whether investors are interested, with indicative amounts, required returns and investment horizons, before you publish.
  • One clear formatA guided form and AI reading of the issue documentation turn your project into a structured presentation that investors can compare. AI features are optional and are used only with your consent; without it you fill everything in manually.

e-ISIN does not communicate with investors on your behalf, does not distribute securities and does not provide investment advice. There is no commission or success fee.

How it works

From account to investors

  1. Create an accountRegister in the e-ISIN application as a capital recipient. Your account is active immediately.
  2. Investor surveyOptionally, find out first whether investors in one group are interested in your project, and on what terms.
  3. Prepare the presentationPrepare the presentation of your investment opportunity with the issue documentation and choose the investor group.
  4. Review and publicatione-ISIN reviews the submission within 1 business day after payment; the investment opportunity is then published for up to six months. Investors in the group are notified; you receive a monthly report.
  5. Direct communication with investorsInterested investors contact you and you continue the conversation directly. Any investment is agreed between you and the investor, outside the platform.
